Salesforce recently announced a new addition to its suite of tools will be coming out in the 2nd half of 2024: Marketing Cloud Growth Edition. Designed with affordability in mind, this edition caters to marketing teams seeking to streamline their processes and achieve better results.

Some of it’s key features will be:

What excites me about the details of this new tool is its seamless integration of AI technology. Also, the interface will be user-friendly (which is helpful for teams who maybe haven’t used Marketing Cloud before). Also, its multi-channel capabilities should make reaching and engaging with customers much easier.
